You can, but...no wireless card in the laptop? Can't get one for the
laptop? Or is the wireless connection not a router?
ICS is what you would use to connect through the PC. Run the ICS Wizard on
the PC only, and configure it to share the Ethernet adapter which connects
to the Internet. But ICS was designed for sharing dialup connections. It is
usually better, when you already have networking hardware, to add the new
device to the network.
