LanManServer on Windows Server 2003

I have a legacy client which does not support encrypted
passwords, and it cannot therefore access shares on
Windows 2003 Server. Is it possible to relax security to
allow cleartext passwords when accessing smb shares on
Windows 2003 Server? If so how? Thanks.
