LAN Switch setup

Hi,

In my LAN, I have 5 Dlink DES-3326S layer 2 switches, they are connected
with the Dlink gigabit module DES-132T. We have approximtely 200 PC and
servers.
Now I would like to upgrad my LAN, and considering using the CISCO layer 3
switch WS-C3750G-24TS-S as our core switch. But I don't know if the
CISCO-Dlink combination will run smoth or not.
