LAN and WAN config

Hi

My Webcamera DCS-5300 (IP 192.168.0.102) can not connect to the internet. I
use a wireless D-Link router
IP Address (LAN) 192.168.0.1 and WAN 10.0.0.2 . The router is connected to
the internet via an Aethra Starvoyce 1020 router with build in Nat
functions.
I want to open port 8080, 5001,2,3 but how is that done in the Starvoice
Router ?

8080,5001,2,3 to 10.0.0.2 or to 192.168.0.1 (IP addres of the D-link)
