known compatibility error message

Needed to reinstall software for broadband networking and
the first screen I see is a compatibility issue message.
Go to the site suggested and there is nothing about the
issue. Anyone see this?

You can either manually administer your router through your browser, or
download the front-end software which was updated when XP SP2 came out last
