Well after reading that, its clear how you manage to get 'value' for
customers. Or not.

Definitely a 'dont sign up for plusnet' from me.

With all the restriction on everything bar specific sites speed wide.

Its just shows that with contention and overall traffic being major
issues, it more than ever pays to select the ISP that has a profile that
matches YOUR requirements and be prepared to pay for what you want.

and why. How is this new?
