I'm trying to get onto Kingston Communications homepage, kcom.com, but it
keeps timing out..

I've got a friend who is moving to Hull and wanted to know about the
Broadband they do..

The problem being that the company only has value as a local monopoly.

Apart from the satellite uplink, oilfield communications, leased line,
national telecoms etc. operations ...

I don't think the Liberal Democrats have thought this through, because even
a slight cockup of this will mean the people of KC Land will crucify them.

As they (the Lib Dems) did recently in Wales and pulled out of plans for a
coalition, thus putting Labour back in.
(Bit of politics there, folks...)
