Do you mean by not pressing the power button on the box of your pc otherwise
there is no way to connect if you have nothing to connect from.
You will need to look at the instruction manual for your motherboard. It may
require you to set a jumper switch and then change an option in your bios
setup. This will allow you to use a win98 standard keyboard with a power
button or a combination of keys such as ctrl+p to turn on your pc. My one
even allows me to turn on the power by clicking my mouse.
