kerberos ticket not found by netdiag

In prep for exch2k3, on a win2k3 server (member), running
netdiag where the DC is a win2k server, netdiag reports
that "kerberos does not have a ticket for
host "servername". KB 244474 discusses forcing using TCP
to communicate with the key distributor, but that doesn't
explain the why or the ramifications: plus the same error
still occurs. This happens on two different win2k3 member
servers.
