Keeps Getting Disconnected from ISP

I have 2 computers in home. One with ME and one with 98
I have the same isp on both. WinMe connects fine, but
keeps getting the connection disconnected. Win98 stays
connected. What could be the problem

You can't use the same ISP for both computers.
