I run Windows XP Pro and have enabled file sharing over a 4 port router, I
want to keep the My Music folders and My Videos folders up to date on all
pcs. I make changes to the one on my laptop all the time, I then want
something to update the others every so often to keep them the same. I have
opened up synchronisation manager and I cant even select my files over the
network, it seems to only work for webpages anyway, it seems a bit crap to
me. I would not be willing to buy a package for this so if there is a way in
windows or a freeware (not shareware) program I can use then that will suite
me fine.

Thanks in advance for any help

Shiva

Have you played with the Windows Briefcase utility? I believe that will
do what you want.

Can be automated with Task Scheduler that comes with XP.
