Hi there,

Why did I get such errors on all of our DCs? What's KDC certificate? I never
set up such thing before. Thanks.

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: KDC
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20
Date: 5/9/2006
Time: 2:37:07 AM
User: N/A
Computer: ADC2
Description:
The currently selected KDC certificate was once valid, but now is invalid
and no suitable replacement was found. Smartcard logon may not function
correctly if this problem is not remedied. Have the system administrator
check on the state of the domain's public key infrastructure. The chain
status is in the error data.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at

The KDC, an abbreviation for Key Distribution Centre, is a component of your
DC. It is an authentication component that manages the Kerberos
sub-protocols.

Thanks, Paul.

Another example for misusing SCW, which changed my CA service to manual. CA
was stopped and I didn't notice that. Problem is solved.
