The fix is only available to people who contact Microsoft Product
Support and request it, as described in the article. The fix hasn't
been subjected to the same thorough testing as regular windows fixes,
so Microsoft hasn't made it generally available.
When you contact Microsoft Product Support, tell them that you have
the problem described in KB 312108 and ask them to send you the fix at
no cost. Don't ask for help with any other issue during the call.
