Greenville SC has free wifi all the way down mainstreet. We live jus
one block over and I can get the signal but not enough to log on to th
net. Any suggestion to boost the signal? I am using a laptop with pc
adaptor card

Get an external wireless adapter and put an antenna on it like
below. You could also get a wireless bridge and put it outside
where it can get a better signal.
