Joining windows 98 to windows 2003 server domain

I am not able to join widows 98 client to the 20003 server
as a domain controler. I am geting DHCP assigned IP
number, I am able to ping client from the server and
server from the client. According to winipcfg everything
is fine. But when I open computer neigborhood, I see no
computers, even client computer.
