Joining the Domain

I have a laptop with Windows XP Pro that I am trying to
join to our company's domain. When I put in the domain
admin user account info, I get an "Access Denied" error.
I've tried IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS and IPCONFIG /REGISTERDNS,
but it doesn't help. We've been able to get past this
problem on other computers, but not with this computer.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
