I run an all 2003 SP1 network. All users are XP Pro.

I have had one Mac OS 10.4.8 forced upon me and I must join it to the domain.

I have never even turned on a Mac.

Can someone please direct me to a step by step?

Mac's cannot nativley join an Active Directory Domain. They kind of flutter
outside. Install File and Print Sharing for Mac on your servers which is in
the Networking Services in Windows Components. Once that has been done
create your user account for your mac user. Mac sure you set the password to
be stored in reversable encryption. If you have any problems let me know.

Quoted form http://www.howtonetworking.com/mac/adformac.htm

If your company is running Windows domain with Active Directory, you can add Macintosh computers to an existing Active Directory network without additional software or any changes to the Active Directory server schema.
