Issues with Netgear Wireless AP and Adapter

I have recently set up a wireless wireless network with a Netgear MR814
Access point and the client PCs use Netgear MA111 USB adapters. The problem
is, to connect to the network, I have to first log in and click on the
MA111 configuration utilility (sitting on the system tray). How could I make
it automatically connect to the network even before I log in. I need this
setup, because I have a domain controller and need to authorize everybody
against the Active Directory. I would appreciate any input.
