ISP Switch should I jump?

I am currently with Zen and paying £30/month for 1 Meg connection. On top of
this I have BT line rental + calls.
The Pipex Homecall Broadband with Anytime calls package & line rental looks
an attractive package. This offers unlimited usage (no FUP). I have a few
questions to help make up my mind.
1. What is their broadband service like in terms of reliability?
2. Is their offer of unlimited usage as what it says, or is there a FUP
hidden away somewhere?
3. They only give 125 MB of web space, how do I find out how much web space
my web site takes up?
4. Do Pipex Homecall place any limits on the size of email attachments you
can send & receive?
5. Do they support newsgroups (text & binary).
6. Will I still be able to use my 18866 phone account?

Appreciate any advice on the above.
TIA

Check the size of the master copy on your local hard drive.
You *do* have a copy on your local hard drive, don't you ? :-)

No problems here.

I believe they throttle P2P, at least my Bittorrents slowed to a max
20kb on a 1mb connection overnight, switched to a different BT client
that allowed encryption and I was back up to 110kb.

Not to my knowledge.

I'm pretty sure they have text newsgroups, but I use news.individual.net
anyway, no binary on Pipex though.

Well that will be Pipex out of the equation, sent an enquiry to them via
their website and also direct email. Still waiting for a reply. If this is
how they respond to sales enquiries, what will they be like with technical
support.

I'm with Pipex. They have got worse than ever just recently. Their
customer support is now firmly in the useless category. I just have to
find the right deal before making the switch.
