ISP recomendation

Hi, I'm looking for internet service at a property that appears to be
served by Woolwich exchange.(LSWOO)

The property does not have a land-line

I am looking for an ISP that can provide both Internet and telephone
with either no, or a short (3 - 6 months), minimum contract

Anyone have any suggestions? (Tiscali is out due to horrendous
problems experienced with them in the past)
