ISP has 3 proxy

My ISP has 3 proxy's . How can I enable upstream proxy in ISA server? I want
that theese proxy's to be used simoultanously. Is it possible ?

How can I improve performance with theese proxy's from ISP ?

You're better off not doing that. More proxys mean less dependability.
