There are no "LAN setup" option on windows-98 in IE. There are 'LAN
settings' button, with 2 options only: "Automatically detect settings" or
not, and 'Use a proxy server' or not. If you meant use Internet Connection
Wizard to "Create a new connection"(button at the top of 'connections' tab,
called 'setup', then I tried it - this not help.
