ISDN modem dials automatically every few minutes

I have an ISDN modem on my computer. Another computer is
connected to mine via UTP cable. I'm using internet
connection sharing to enable the second computer to
connect to the net. For some reason my modem dials up
every few minutes - at least i have determined it is
caused by the guest PC. Can anyone help me?

Might be a virus. Go here:

and scan your PC - the online scanner will find and remove any viruses.

This is a good freeware package for viewing the processes running on
the troublesome computer. You will be able to see if there is
something running that you don't expect.
