ISC Setup/Win95

OK, so I set-up ISC on my ME machine (following the
directions on Practically Networked)and create a startup
disk for my Win95 machine. I run the startup disk and the
Network wizard does not complete, I get a message stating
my Network adapters are not installed or configured
properly. When I go to the device driver in this machine
the NIC indicates that everything is working properly.
Any Suggestions?
Thanks
Mike

The Network wizard sometimes fails to find an installed network
adapter, probably because of a bug in the adapter's driver program.

Configure Win95 manually, as shown here:

So, I've followed the directions from the link below, but
my ICS protocols are not binding to my TCP/IP. When I run
winipcfg this is confirmed because my IP configurations
does not remotely resemble the example. I downloaded the
networking patch from Carey Holzman's Site prior to
installing ICS and uninstalled/reinstalled ICS wia
Add/Remove. Do I really have to reinstall WinMe? Can I
put a third NIC in the ME machine and connect the 95
machine to that? Would this adversely affect my system?

Please reply to this message in the news group (not by E-mail) with
more information to help other people understand the problem.

What does Winipcfg show for the IP configuration: IP address, subnet
mask, default gateway, and DNS server? Be sure that you're selecting
the right adapter from the menu in Winipcfg

What is the patch that you downloaded? Why did you download it? What
is it supposed to do?
