I did research it before posting. I know ISATAP is part of IPv6, but could
not find anything to tie it to zxcv.com. Hence my reason for posting.
You say it's not spyware, yet zxcv.com seems to be registered to someone in
South Korea (+82 country code).
Checking open tcp/udp ports, the system and the browser are using this.
So what exactly is going on here and why is it installed as a hidden network
adapter?

As Meinolf pointed out, this is not spyware. It is a tunnelling protocol
and is part of IPv6. If you want more detail, simply google ISATAP. If
you want more info on zxcv.com, google that.
