This is tricky because of the way ISA works. To create a LAN to LAN VPN
link with ISA server you do it from ISA , not from RRAS. The wizard creates
a file to configure the server at the "other" site. This is fine if the
other router is ISA but no help for RRAS.
But it should be possible. You would need to configure the site which
has a RRAS server according to the instructions for setting up a LAN to LAN
link in RRAS. It isn't really a great idea to use a DC as a router and
remote access server. It can cause all sorts of problems. See KB 292822 .
