I am using ipx_interface and ncpmount to attatch to a Novell box that
we have here in the office.
It has worked in the past, but something broke.
I bind the card to EtherII using the ipx_interface add -p eth0 EtherII
command.
When I use slist, I can see a list of servers. The server that I want
to attach to is in the list.
I then use the ncpmount -S <server name> -U <user name> <mount point>
It prompts me for the password and I type it in.
I then get the message:
ncpmount : All referrals failed (-626) in nds login Login denied

I have searched Google, SuSE, and Novell for anything in there
knowledge bases, but no-joy, I may be typing in the wrong keywords out
of frustration.

SuSE 9.0 Pro
Novell 5.1 only bound to ipx

Thanks

Mike

Run DSREPAIR on the NetWare box. Run it unattended as many times as
it takes to get "two in a row" runs sans errors.

If that doesn't fix it, answer the question, "What changed?".
