IPv6 problem

Hello,
I have a problem with IPv6 and neighbor discovery. I have a Microsoft
Network Monitor tool for capturing traffic and when I attach another Ipv6
computer to the network I cannot see obvious messages in NM on windows 2003
server. I expect Neighbor solicitation, Router Solicitation messages. Why NM
cannot capture these messages and for example WireShark can. Does this have
something to do with NDIS driver? Thank you.
