iptables update to 1.3.1

Hi List

I have a quick question. I am running a Redhat9 with Kernel 2.4.20-8
installed. I wanted to configure some network control using tc and
iptables and since my installed iptables version (1.2.7a) doesn't
support the CLASSIFY feature I am in the need of an update which
includes the ipt_CLASSIFY.o module. I am still hoping that I do not
have to recompile my Kernel and can perform an update to the latest
IPTables version. What would be the best way of doing that?
