iptables bridging

Anyone have any relevant info/documentation on how to setup the
following:

accept incoming connections for three different ips and
pass this data to a second ethernet adapter, so that if the data is
destined for a specific port, it will be sent to the desired machine.

Can this be achieved solely with iptables?
