IPStream - Datstream on ADSL Max?

Some years ago, there were discussions in here about Datastream and IPStream
for broadband. Do these still exisit for ADSL Max, or were they just
relating to standard ADSL only?

I assume there must be just a handful of ISPs still using Datastream?

IPStream is better than Datastream isn't it?

Do any major ISPs still use Datatstream, and which ones are they?

Tesco - via NTL - used to.
Dunno if they still do
