IPSec VPN with Netsh and pre-shared key with carraige return

I want to set up a IPSec VPN with the Netsh command line with a
pre-shared key. All works fine while the pre-shared key doesn't contain
any carriage return.

If I need a pre-shared key with a carriage return if can't set up the
VPN with the Netsh command line. Is there any way to do that ?

NOTE: If I use IPSEC MMC snap in I can set a pre-shared key with
carriage return
