Dear Experts,

Can you please guide me on how to enable Windows 98 using
the IPSEC transport mode only because i won't be using the
machine for dial up networking.

You will need to install some third party ipsec client software.

IPSEC transport mode.

I can't recommend anything since I don't use ipsec. However, you need
to ensure that what you get is going to be compatible with the server
you intend to connect with. In particular you might need support for
nat traversal.
