IPSec filters and ranges of ports

I'm new to IPSec and creating filters. I know how to
create filters to allow specific ports on a certain
protocol (e.g. TCP or UDP). I have a range of ports
(40000-49000) that i need to open up, but only see how to
enter them in one at a time, which is something that i'm
not willing to do. Is there a way to put a range of ports
to allow in, then close everything else?

Please email me any help you can give me. Thanks.

Matt
