IPSec Filter between SQL server on LAN to IIS on DMZ thru PIX 515

I am struggling to properly setup a basic IPsec filter between 2 servers, one
2003 IIS server on the dmz and a 2003 SQL server on the LAN. The servers are
separated by a PIX 515...

I can't seem to properly configure the filter rules on the hosts.

Any ideas or suggestions?
