IPsec configuring

I have tried configuring ipsec SA between a RHL 9 and win2000 and its
succesful in transport mode by using certificetes.
i have used the config file same as specified in the following site.

but when its in tunnel mode i am getting no good result.
so cud any possible ideas be given on the steps in windows side of
what is the procedure to be followed for the ipsec to get worked.
