I am trying to get a client setup for IPsec and Linux. I looked at the
racoon docs, and it looks as if this is something totally different from
the Windows feature of the same name. The people running the server give
the Windows folks (a) an IP, and (b) a shared secret, and (c) a "group
name" to use. No setting up all sorts of AH and ESP stanzas, etc.

Can anyone shed some light on this, as the people running the server end
of this have only these three things, and plug them into some Windows
feature as a black box. They have no clue about doing a setup as
mentioned in the racoon docs or the _LJ_ article last month.
