Hi Experts:

I'm using iphelper API: IpRenewAddress(); just wondering, is this function a
blocking call? meaning, I can assume that the target adapter has ALREADY got
it's new leases if the function returned ERROR_SUCCESS?

Or, the success return means the API successfully start the process renewing
the lease and return immediately without wait for the whole process to
complete? in this case, I have to find a way to verify that the lease indeed
got renewed?

Thanks in Advance!
Polaris
