My computer often hangs up or warns that there is not
enough memory to perform an operation, such as opening
Word, and recommends closing some programs. When I check
the processes that are running I fine multiple ocurrences
of IPHlpsvr. Any idea what this is and what tiggers this
application. Although its a Microsoft Broadband Network
application a search of the knowledge database finds no
information on it.

Are you using any third party skinning software?
Or ATI's Hydravision?

Are you sure it is an "i" & not an "L"? One is a virus the other is a
Windows file (I think that's the case). To check for a virus I
recommend an online virus scan such as http://housecall.antivirus.com.
