I am having a LAN which from Time to time cannot access the Internet anymore.
It seems that I have a lot of traffic and I have to disconnet all PC's on
the Lan and then plug them one by one again and everything is working fine
again. It seems very much like a Virus or Spyware but I have check all this
already. It is like some PC sending endless packages. Can anyone suggest
some simple to use software where I can monitor all IP addresses in the
network and also show how much traffic every IP sends through the LAN

Thanks for all suggestions.

Use that sniffer to see if some PC is generating suspicious traffic:
www.wireshark.org

Check to make sure you don't have a loopback on the network (a ethernet
cable with both ends plugged into the network) I have seen this behaviour in
a secondary school a number of times.

Otherwise as suggested wireshark should help you out.

Cheers
Matt
