Our server setup 2 x NIC card , the network setting as below.

NIC 1 - ip: 192.168.66.22 / Connect to Internet A and router A

NIC 2 - ip: 192.168.1.1 / Connect to internet B and router B

I have setup FTP server in that server , and apply setting in router b FTP
port forward in router B

Now problems I cannot via router B and Internet B connect to server .

Pls advice and help me solve out the problem.

Have you setup two default gateways? That is the problem. You may want to use Dual WAN router.
