See replies to your post in m.p.win2000.networking. Please don't multipost -
if you need to post to multiple groups, it's best to crosspost instead, by
posting a single message to a handful of relevant groups (separate the NG
names with commas) so that everyone can follow the thread. This makes it
easier for everyone, including you.

I assume this DSL is using PPPoE?

ISA Server 2000 and DSL by David Fosbenner
http://www.isaserver.org/pages/search.asp?query=dsl

Other than that I would suggest a Cable/DSL NAT device to put between the
ISA and the Internet if you feel comfortable with dealing with the issues of
a Back-to-Back DMZ that this would create.

Thanks Mr Windell

Actually i'm connected to internet through a Cisco 677 ADSL router
configured in RBE mode. I have a public IP directly assigned by my ISP, buy
they sometimes force a change in the IP number and the ISA Box goes out of
service (internet connection) and that's the problem. Thanks again for your
support.

Javier.

RBE mode?...sorry I'm about "burned out" on acronyms,...RBE?

IP# configured where? How? If you only have one Public IP# it can not
possibly be assinged to both the 677 and the ISA's external Nic at the same
time. (RBE?)

Yes Mr Windell, the router is configured based on a mode where the ISA Box
gets the public IP (200.x.x.x). The encapsulation protocol used is RBE
instead PPPoA. Thanks again.
