IP masquerade with static ports

Hello,

When an internal host accesses the internet, the private ip will be
changed to the firewall's(or router's) public IP but the MASQ table
will map a dynamically assigned port to the internal IP so that it can
remember connections right ? I was wondering if it is possible to map
internal IP with static port assignments instead ?

thanks in advance
Guy
