IP Forwarding

Win98-
I use VPN-1 SecureClient. Today I tried to install Linksys G wireless NIC on
my laptop. When I restarted I received this error from VPN-1 SecureClient:
"IP Forwarding is active on your machine. This machine is tagged as Insecure
configuration and will block inbound connections until IP Forwarding is
disabled"

How/Where is IP Forwarding disabled in Windows 98???
