Hopefully someone can help me. I am sending emails through Exchange Server
and am getting some undeliverable messages like one below which states that
my email has been rejected because my IP is in DUL
;553-mail rejected because your IP is in DUL.

DUL (Dynamic User List, maybe formerly Dial-Up List) is intended to be a
list of (blocks of) IP addresses used by ISPs for their customers. Such IP
addresses are considered a high risk for sending spam, and so some mail
servers are configured to reject mail sent from them. Configuring your mail
server to send all outbound mail to your ISP's SMTP server will avoid the
problem. Asking your ISP for a static IP address may avoid the problem.

Hello Alex

Many thanks for the information it seems that you are 100% correct and I am
in the throes of resolving it. Apparently there are a number of these lists
and the ISP likes to know which one I am but fortunately thats their problem
and not mine.
