That really depends on you, if you relocate one site to the other, just choose
the subnet you like. So if you move site A to site B i would change ip addresses
from site A to the new ip address of site B and then shut them down. After
that change in AD sites and services on site B the subnets and move the machines
to site B. When now the servers startup in site B they should work correct.
For the steps make sure after changing the ip address, moving to site B and
starting them, that DNS zones are updated with the new correct ip and that
replication between the DC is working. Also do not use more time then the
tombstone lifetime.
