Hi, (firts, I'm French, so excuse me for my English)

When I want to assign IP adress (192.168.0.1) to my NIC (for internet
sharing), Windows says me that this IP is already assigned ...

My Windows is a DHCP Server, my 2 other computers receives the following IP
: 192.168.0.3 and 192.168.0.4

When I ping the IP 192.168.0.1 there is no results.

I've searching for this problem at Microsoft Knowledge Base, and I've found
an answer...

CMD.EXE -> set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 -> start devmgmt.msc
Then show hidden peripherals

There was an hidden NIC card which I have uninstalled but the problem is
still present (I've rebooted my computer and shutdowned my others
computers).

Is anyone seeing another thing to do ?

Thank you very much

Hi.

If you ping 192.168.0.1 and even if you don't get response (request time
out) run this command

arp -a

Do you get something like this or do you get something else?

Interface: 191.168.0.3 --- 0x10004
Internet Address Physical Address Type
192.168.0.1 00-80-c8-24-3c-65 dynamic
