Hi How I can resolve this problem when I try to close a program ?

and now I can log anymore on my windows, always back to logon screen

and I tried to repair windows and setup hand to registers component


any help please ?

finally, I format my server with a new fresh installation because reinstall
server and command prompt didnt work at all
