I have two 802.11b access points (Symbol Spectum24 4121 and an
Intermec MobileLAN 2102). They are each capable of communicating with
all of my wireless clients (laptops and pda's). However, I can't seem
to get them to talk to each other to extend my coverage area. Each
access point has the same ESSID, the same encryption key, and static
IP's in the same subnet. I'm not sure if each AP is using proprietary
methods for access point discovery, or if I've just missed something.
Does anyone know if communication between the two AP's is possible?
