Internetshop El-computer??

Anyone experience with http://shop.el-computer.de
I ordered a router and paid it, didn't receive anything
and they didn't answer my email and by phone I get an
answering machine.

What can I do, suggestions anyone?

if you paid by credit card file a stop payment/dispute order with the
credit card issuer. if you paid via paypal send them a complaint. if
you sent a check place a stop payment order. if you paid cash then
cross your fingers and hope for the best. good luck.
